This hotel is a hidden gem in a posh area of the city, reminiscent of Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. The designer storefronts and chic restaurants surrounding the hotel add to its allure. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in the center of Florence. The rooms are comfortable and come with a little balcony, allowing for a relaxing morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The breakfast included is a delightful treat, with a great selection of treats to indulge in.
All was just perfect!

The BnB is located in the center of the city yet in a quiet street just few minutes walking from the major designer shops and tourist locations. The staff is very friendly and willing to help making reservations for trips, taxis etc. The room, bed and bathroom were clean and in good condition. I would put it on my shortlist for a next stay in Florence.

María the manager provided very good assistance
The elevator is awkward to use, you have to climb 1 1/2 stairs, you take elevator, then you have to come down 1/2 stair. Internet reception inexistent in room

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities provided. The location was perfect, right in the center and near to everything. It felt like staying in a very posch area synonymous to Rodeo Dr in Beverly Hills with the designer storefronts. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel staff was so great until we thought we were in legends. The hostess was gracious and helped us to the problem of parking and even guided us in the city. Breakfast is determined by what time we want which is great, hotel was quiet and we are sure we get back to him the most recommended

Great breakfast and comfortable bed. The location is very central, just a few minutes' walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room had a nice balcony with a view.
The room was quite small and cramped, and the bathroom was not very clean. The air conditioning was also not working properly and made it quite uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Superb location, just minutes from the Duomo as well as the main train station. If that's not enough, staff for very helpful, there's a relaxing rooftop terrace and the rooms are large and comfortable. Ideal stay.

Everything. Our stay at Soggiorno Rodinelli was perfect. We came to stay here after we had a nightmare at our original booking and just had to get out of there. What a decision! This place was amazing. Really friendly staff who planned everything around your schedule. The location was amazing, literally just down the road from the Duomo and a huge amount of restaurants. Extremely safe and secure with 2 huge, but very beautifully made, electric doors to get through. The room and the bed were a very good size and an outdoor are with sun loungers was a nice addition. This place was simply spot on, and I would definitely use it again!

Great Location and Cozy Room the hotel's location was ideal for our romantic escape, as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. the room we stayed in was cozy and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the fact that it had a private balcony and a huge closet with plenty of storage space.
Poor Communication and Noisy Surroundings Unfortunately, we had a negative experience due to poor communication from the hotel staff. They did not respond promptly to our requests and gave us the wrong directions when we asked for recommendations for nearby attractions.

The location was great, tucked away behind doors off a central street in Florence. Once inside the room looked out to an internal courtyard, and a small rooftop terrace. The best thing about Soggiorno Rondinelli is the host Maria. She was very helpful and friendly, offering great assistance and advice. The room was bright and clean. I really liked it there.
Wi-fi only works in the reception area. The elevator doesn't go to ground floor, so be prepared to lift your suitcase up a flight of stairs.

The hotel is located in the heart of the historic center, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. It is within walking distance of the train station, making it easy to arrive and depart. Guests can enjoy a delicious and filling breakfast in the morning, with options such as croissants, cereal, fruit, and toasted sandwiches. the rooms are charming and tastefully decorated, with some offering private balconies or terraces.
There have been some complaints about the narrow spiral staircase leading to certain rooms, making it difficult to carry large suitcases up and down.

My stay at the Soggiorno Rondinelli was fabulous and it was exactly what I was looking for in a place to stay in Florence. Maria was great, she was in touch as soon as I booked and waiting for me upon my arrival. My room was very spacious and extremely clean with lots of little amenities that you don't necessarily expect. Overall a great quiet place to stay which I would highly recommend to anyone traveling in Florence.
